This error means that Spotflux could not contact our VPN servers.
If you see this on wifi only and not cellular data, it may be a result of your router configuration.
Check your router settings to see if you can open ports 500 and 4500 outbound.
Also check that VPN/IPSec forwarding is enabled.
If you see this on wifi and cellular, please contact us with more information (i.e.: your location, service providers, etc).
